I specialize in coaching women at all levels in business. Whether you are an established CEO, a General Manager, a new leader, or a high potential women looking to make a move into leadership, I have the evidence based tools, research, knowledge and experience to help you (or women in your team) create success on your own terms.

Through my two decades as a senior executive in some of the world’s largest organizations like GE, PwC and IBM, I know first hand the challenges and opportunities you face as you journey through your career.

I also understand, through more than a decade coaching hundreds of women, how to break through the blockages that can hold you back so that both your own individual goals, and those of your organisation, can be realised.

I use my unique fusion of positive psychology, neuroscience, leadership development, gender science and wellbeing principles, as well as my deep business acumen, to deliver a model of coaching that delivers outstanding results, professionally and personally.

Coaching Engagement Inclusions

  • Detailed questionnaire intake form
  • Manager questionnaire intake form (optional)
  • Strengths survey and other tests as applicable for each client
  • Two hours of coaching per month – either one hour per fortnight or two hours per month.
  • Optional weekly accountability check in via email.
  • Email support between sessions as needed.
  • Optional interviews with peers/managers for feedback and development (additional fee).
  • Copies of my books Getting Real About Having It All and Lead Like A Woman.
  • Access to my signature program The Career Toolkit.

Coaching sessions are conducted via phone, Skype or in person in Mosman, Sydney. I have clients all over the world, and the majority of engagements are conducted via phone, which allows for international access and also executive schedules. 


Women’s Group Coaching

I also specialize in coaching groups of female leaders or high potential women over a three, six or twelve month period. Through a formal coaching program that includes teaching, facilitation, development and materials, delivered either through face to face or virtual group coaching circles, this is an effective way of developing groups of women in areas such as;

Each group coaching program is developed to the specific needs of each client, and includes not only the facilitation of the coaching circles, but all teaching materials, workbooks and resources.
