Explore what it really means to create wellbeing.

 

Would you love to be radiantly well? Have more energy? Feel balanced and live your life according to your own agenda (not everyone else’s)? If you said yes, then you need to be at this workshop.

I speak with more than 10,000 women each year. Even though the issues that women raise with me are many and varied, a lot of their concerns boil down to a few clear things: how can I create the life I want most, and how can I be truly well.

The reality is, for most women, these two things are a pretty tall order. Because we are busy. We lack clarity. And truth be told, many women are just utterly exhausted.

So how do you cut through that tiredness, and get the energy to even think about bringing the practices into your life that you need create wellbeing in the first place?

I get it. I’ve been there. The answer is that there is no ‘do it once and you’re done’ path to wellbeing. You don’t create balance one day and have it for life. Nor do your boundaries take care of themselves.

But there is a path forward. There are proven practices that you can incorporate into your life, busy proof ways, to create true and lasting wellbeing and balance, and a tested way to create boundaries that will support the life you want to create.

I have lived all aspects of this path, from burnt out executive to thriving business owner, and everything in between. I have a deep passion for helping you create true wellbeing in your life. It led me to become a yoga teacher, complete a Masters degree in wellness and positive psychology, and teach thousands of people each year the tool for wellbeing, balance and resiliency.

During this beautiful evening with Megan, we will explore what it really means to create wellbeing, balance and boundaries in your life. Together in this supportive environment we will discuss:

  • Why it is possible to create balance, but it may not look anything like you thought it would.
  • What you need to know about boundaries: where you need them, how to create them, and how to make them stick.
  • Real world tips and tools on sleep, nutrition, energy, stress and more, to help you create the wellbeing you have always longed for.

Simple + Intentional Living

One evening each month we will gather. We will savour beautiful teas, graze on a scrumptuous wholefood supper, and meet refreshingly real women.
