The reality is, for most women, creating lasting wellbeing is a huge challenge. Because we’re busy, juggling work and family, and all of the commitments we have to jam into our already full days. And let’s face it, many women are just flat out exhausted.

In this beautiful evening event, we will talk about our real lives, our actual wellbeing practices, and also what we know works from our work and research with tens of thousands of women. From yoga to Ayurveda, meditation and mindfulness, food and nourishment, managing our minds as well as our bodies, sleep and boundaries, as well as how we sit into our vulnerability, our intuition and give ourselves permission to create the lives we want – you will get whatever it is you need and have all your questions answered. Megan Dalla-Camina is a best selling author, speaker, women’s coach and expert on women’s leadership, wellbeing and empowerment. Her best selling books have helped tens of thousands of women step into their power, create businesses, careers and lives they love, and create success on their own terms. A qualified yoga teacher and with a Masters degree in Wellness and Positive Psychology, Megan is deeply passionate about helping women create true wellbeing and to see what’s possible for their lives.

Ally McManus has forged a successful career in media, working in various roles in women’s magazines, including ELLE. A devoted yoga student and teacher, Ally is balancing her two passions in her current role as Editor of WellBeing. She is an avid reader and writer, a great believer in the benefits of nature (and delicious coffee!) and is constantly mesmerised by the power of connection while still keeping her feet grounded in reality.
