Welcome. Thanks for visiting. If you are new here, I invite you to visit my About page to learn about my approach and philosophies. In short, my keynotes and workshops are centered around helping women rise, transforming leadership, creating positive organizational change, and bringing unity, not division, between men and women as we do it.

I have a unique ability to cut through the rhetoric and noise around women, leadership, work and wellbeing, and bring fresh, evidence-based insights that not only inspire, but lead to action and real change.

Over the past decade I’ve spoken to tens of thousands of people in organizations like AMP, NAB, General Motors, IBM, CBA and American Express, as well as at incredible women’s conferences run by Elle Magazine, Marie Claire and Women’s Agenda to name just a few. In addition, I’m honored to be a leadership lecturer at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, helping create positive leaders and igniting change. Every speaking opportunity lights me up with passion and possibility.

I bring the best of my knowledge and experience, as well as my contagious enthusiasm, to every event; that includes my decades as a business leader in some of the world’s largest companies; my depth of expertise in women’s studies, leadership development, gender diversity and cultural change; my passion for positive psychology, neuroscience, gender science and wellbeing; and my academic rigor from two Masters degrees and PhD research.

All of my talks include my unique fusion of science, spirit and experience and can blend everything from academic research, business statistics and psychology, to real life case studies, ancient wisdom teachings and women’s studies research. People leave with both their intellect and their emotions stretched, and with fresh ideas, new perspectives and real actions.

I speak with small groups in intimate settings, with thousands of people at major events, and anything in between. All talks can be customized, and can be delivered as keynotes, workshops or full day programs. I am also experienced in facilitating panels and discussions as part of an event (it’s all about the questions).

Let’s talk about how we can make your next event truly meaningful for your people.

Take a look at some of my talks below. Then to start the conversation, simply fill out the speaking form by clicking here.

"Megan commands your attention from the moment she starts speaking until she ends. Why? Because she confronts brutal truths in a way that empowers the audience with choice instead of paralysing them with fear. She shares authentic personal experiences and offers solutions that simply make sense; backed-up not by a few selective facts, but a body of research that is confounding, persuasive and builds an undeniable case for change. She is a champion for workplace change based on gender-inclusivity rather than the divisive rhetoric of ineffective feminists. As a consequence, young people who no longer see the world divided between men and women, find her message especially inspirational. Executives and leaders find her strategies, grounded in deep corporate experience, compelling. Megan Dalla-Camina is the voice of now."

"Thank you for your invitation to the talk by Megan Dalla-Camina today. There were so many take outs; thinking about the difference between sponsors and mentors, having a life vision that is separate to a career plan, and thinking about the positive (and negative) ripple effects of our behaviours. However, what resonated most was the concept of managing your energy, not your time. I’ll be making time for “the colour in my life” this weekend and I hope everyone who attended the session does as well. Thanks Again!"

- Event Attendee.

"Megan is a fantastic speaker – she is very engaging and told her personal story, warts and all, which the audience really appreciated.
